Appointments & Booking:
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable, even in the case of a cancellation or no-show.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may need to be rescheduled and considered a missed appointment.
No extra guests, children, or pets are allowed during appointments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit. Future bookings may require prepayment in full.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. We reserve the right to decline service for health and safety reasons.
What to Expect + How to Prepare:
Pre- and post-care instructions will be sent after booking. Please read them carefully and come prepared.
Hydration is key for best results. Drink plenty of water before and after your session.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment.
Before/after photos may be taken (with consent) to track your progress.

No service is guaranteed to produce a specific result, and multiple sessions are often recommended.
Payments & Refund Policy:
Full payment is due at the time of service.
